Accreditation and Testing
Good Environmental Choice Australia (GECA)
FX Australia is committed to environmental sustainability, safe work practices, social responsibility and equal opportunities within our working environment.
What is GECA?
GECA is the organisation that runs Australia’s only independent, not-for-profit eco-labelling programme. GECA sets standards which consumers can confidently use to identify products that meet high social and environmental benchmarks.
The GECA standard for Paints and Coatings contain 32 strict criteria by which each product is assessed, from raw materials and environmental waste to equitable work practices. GECA certification allows designers and architects to achieve ‘green ratings’ for their projects. Most importantly, GECA is globally recognised. Stay tuned for further updates.
